PremiumPin Terms of Service
Effective October 3, 2026. These terms govern services provided by PremiumPin LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By purchasing a subscription, accepting the terms at checkout, or using paid services after checkout, you agree to these terms.
Subscription and limits
PremiumPin costs $79 per month or $790 per year. Each paid account includes HTTPS API, hosted MCP, the optional local MCP client, and verified CSV export; unlimited questions and export operations; and 1,000,000 delivered parcel rows per UTC month. Each export may contain up to 5,000 rows. Responses return all available fields, up to 91; availability varies by source. Query, lookup, API, MCP, and export deliveries count toward that account's monthly row allowance. Usage stops at the row cap; PremiumPin does not add automatic overage charges. One account's usage does not consume another account's allowance.
Connecting, downloading, or installing an MCP client does not create an entitlement. Keep account credentials and API keys private. Revoking an API key does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and future billing stops. Monthly and annual payments are not prorated or refunded after payment, and no refund is due after parcel data has been exported or delivered through the API or MCP, except where required by law. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and service-caused billing errors may qualify for correction or refund after review. Send the Stripe receipt or invoice identifier—never full card details—to support@premiumpin.com.

Coverage and available fields vary by location and source. A service-status check does not confirm availability of a particular record or field.
Records and available fields can change. Missing source values remain blank; no complete-coverage or accuracy guarantee is made.
Parcel-data delivery requires paid entitlement. Access the service through HTTPS API, hosted MCP, or local MCP. Account and service usage limits apply.
AI and automated tools
PremiumPin offers interfaces that can be used by third-party AI assistants, including HTTPS API, hosted MCP, and the optional local MCP client. Those assistants may misunderstand requests or summarize results incorrectly. Review source fields and exported records before relying on them. Your AI host and model provider may separately process prompts and returned data under their own terms and privacy notices.
PremiumPin data may be used for internal retrieval and AI-assisted analysis only when the use complies with these Terms, preserves access controls, and does not train or create a model or database that substitutes for PremiumPin. PremiumPin data may not be used for automated credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenant, or other prohibited eligibility decisions. Written authorization is required for model training, redistribution, or downstream AI products.
Insurance use
For insurance-related work, you may use PremiumPin data only for lawful prospecting and outreach. You may not use it to make or support insurance underwriting, pricing, eligibility, coverage, or claims decisions. By accepting these Terms, you agree that you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your outreach and use of the data.
License and responsibility
PremiumPin grants the paying account a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use delivered records for lawful internal business purposes during the subscription. You may not resell bulk records, share credentials, bypass limits, reverse engineer access controls, or use the service to build a competing parcel-data database.
Some delivered government records carry source-specific licenses identified in the source notices supplied with those records. Those licenses govern your rights to reuse and redistribute the covered records, including any attribution and share-alike obligations, and prevail over conflicting PremiumPin restrictions on those records. PremiumPin account, payment, security and service-access limits continue to apply to use of the service.
The service is provided as available. Government sources can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PremiumPin disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. PremiumPin's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend access for security, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Questions or billing-error requests can be submitted through the contact page.
About the data
Property records only, without phone numbers or emails. Vermont is excluded. New Jersey owner names are suppressed. Fields vary by source. Missing values remain blank.

Privacy requests
Use the privacy request form to request suppression of a record relating to you, or someone you are authorized to represent. Please provide only the contact and property details needed to identify the record.
A submission receipt means we received your request, not that a record has been removed. Completion confirmation is sent only after suppression has been checked in our current search and export results. We do not delete or change the underlying government record.
