What are you really paying per property record?
Per-record pricing feels cheap until you add it up. A 10,000-record list at $0.15 is $1,500, and at $0.31 it's $3,100. PremiumPin charges $79/mo flat (or $790/yr) for up to 1,000,000 delivered rows a month from about 129.4 million government parcel records. Enter your numbers below. Then check that we cover your counties (about 2,308 today), because the savings only count if your market is in there.
Calculator
Not sure? Third-party reports put ListSource at about $0.15–$0.31 per record. That range is not a published ListSource rate card.
Annual billing is $790/yr, about $65.83/mo. The savings above use the $79 monthly plan.
Quick reference
The $0.15 and $0.31 columns are third-party ListSource estimates, not a published rate card. PremiumPin stays $79 while delivered rows stay at or under 1,000,000 in a UTC month. Above that, the calculator says the plan is not a fit. There is no overage price.

How other options compare (published prices)
Competitor figures are as of October 15, 2026. Several of these include things we don't, such as skip tracing (PropStream, BatchData) or GIS map services (LandRecords, Regrid). Compare what you actually use.
| Option | Published price |
|---|---|
| PremiumPin | $79/mo or $790/yr, up to 1,000,000 delivered rows a month |
| ListSource | Per record. Rate card not published. Third-party: about $0.15–$0.31/record. $1,000 subscription minimum |
| PropStream | $99 / $199 / $699 per month |
| PropertyRadar | $119 / $249 / $599 per month |
| BatchData | $1,000/mo for 100k records, $2,500 for 300k, $5,000 for 750k |
| Regrid self-serve API | Overage $0.10/record (Standard) or $0.15/record (Premium). Enterprise license above 10k records/month |
| LandRecords.us web service | $200/mo Pro |
Pay-per-call for AI agents
If your agent only needs a few answers, skip the plan and pay per call with x402 in USDC on Base. See x402.
| Call | Price |
|---|---|
| Parcel lookup | $0.01 |
| Search | $0.02 |
| Export | $0.50 |
What $79 gets you, and what it doesn't
Each paid account has its own 1,000,000 delivered parcel rows per UTC month, shared across search, lookup, API, MCP, and exports. Questions and export operations are unlimited. Counts are free and don't use the allowance. MCP, WebMCP, and API access are included.
No phones or emails, and no skip tracing. About 2,308 counties, not the whole country. Vermont is excluded. New Jersey owner-name and owner-mailing-address fields are not available in PremiumPin under current serving policy. Each export is capped at 5,000 rows. 1,000,000 rows a month is a hard cap: no overage billing, and no higher tier yet.
Who it's for
Real estate agents farming neighborhoods, investors and wholesalers pulling lists every month, home-services and solar marketers, and developers or AI agents that need parcel data on demand. If you mostly pay per record today, the math above is the comparison.
