The ListSource alternative that doesn't charge by the record
ListSource charges per record. Third-party reports put that at roughly $0.15 to $0.31 per record, with a $50 minimum per eCommerce order, a $1,000 minimum for subscriptions, and a 12-month auto-renewing contract. PremiumPin works differently. You pay one flat price, $79/mo or $790/yr, and get up to 1,000,000 delivered rows a month from about 129.4 million government parcel records. You can search in plain English, through an API, or from an AI agent over MCP. We cover about 2,308 counties, not the whole country, so check yours for free before you pay.
The cost calculator: per-record vs. flat rate
ListSource doesn't publish its rate card. The math below uses two third-party price points: $0.15/record (a base rate reported by a BiggerPockets user) and $0.31/record (a typical farm list with property-detail fields, per HooQuest). PremiumPin is $79/mo for up to 1,000,000 delivered rows a month. The same table is on the property list cost calculator.
Plug in your own number: records per month times your per-record rate, then compare it with $79. ListSource prices here are third-party estimates, not a published rate card. Your actual invoice may differ.
Annual billing is $790/yr, about $65.83/mo. The savings above use the $79 monthly plan.
| Records per month | At $0.15/record | At $0.31/record | PremiumPin | Monthly savings vs. $0.15 | Monthly savings vs. $0.31 | PremiumPin effective cost/record |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $1,500 | $3,100 | $79 | $1,421 | $3,021 | ~$0.0079 |
| 50,000 | $7,500 | $15,500 | $79 | $7,421 | $15,421 | ~$0.0016 |
| 100,000 | $15,000 | $31,000 | $79 | $14,921 | $30,921 | ~$0.0008 |
| 1,000,000 | $150,000 | $310,000 | $79 | $149,921 | $309,921 | ~$0.00008 |
How the math works: records times the per-record price is the ListSource estimate. PremiumPin stays $79 as long as you're under 1,000,000 delivered rows in a UTC month. On the annual plan ($790/yr) that works out to about $65.83/mo.
- The 1,000,000 rows are shared across search results, lookups, API, MCP, and exports. Counts are free and don't use the allowance.
- Each CSV export is capped at 5,000 rows. Export operations are unlimited, so 1,000,000 rows means about 200 exports. ListSource subscribers can pull up to 100,000 records in a single download. If you need giant one-shot files, that difference matters.
- 1,000,000 is a hard cap. There is no overage billing, and you won't get a surprise invoice.
- ListSource prices are third-party estimates, not a published rate card.

Built for agents first
PremiumPin was designed for AI agents to query directly, and humans get the same access. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client and ask in plain English. Your agent counts, previews, and exports without a sales rep in the loop.
No account? Agents can pay per call over x402 in USDC on Base: $0.01 per lookup, $0.02 per search, $0.50 per export. See x402 and AI agents.
What we don't do
- No skip tracing. We don't include phone numbers or emails. If you dial or text, you'll need a separate skip-trace vendor.
- Coverage is about 2,308 counties, not the whole US. Vermont is excluded. New Jersey owner-name and owner-mailing-address fields are not available in PremiumPin under current serving policy. Check your counties for free before you pay.
- 5,000 rows per export. You can run unlimited exports, but no single 100,000-row file.
- No direct-mail fulfillment. You get the data. You bring your own mail house.
Who PremiumPin is for
- Agents farming neighborhoods who are tired of paying per record every time they refresh a list.
- Investors and wholesalers who pull lists often and want to test more markets without watching a meter.
- Solar, roofing, home-improvement, and insurance marketers who prospect by property attributes. Insurance use is for prospecting and outreach only, not underwriting.
- Developers and AI-agent builders who need parcel data through an API or MCP, with no sales call.
- Anyone facing a ListSource renewal who wants to compare before the 30-day notice window closes.
Probably not for you if you need skip-traced phones and emails, guaranteed coverage of every U.S. county, or single files larger than 5,000 rows.
